Grant and Proposal Development
NoireSTEM Educational Consulting Services has extensive experience in writing grant proposals with goals and objectives that are aligned with the SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound) framework. We also provide guidance in identifying appropriate theoretical and research frameworks to guide the proposal and study design. NoireSTEM also works with clients to develop the evaluation section of grant proposals to ensure there is cohesion between the evaluation plan and the project design.
